Submit your client's details via the contact form below. Once received and registered we will email you with confirmation. From here we will contact the client directly for a discovery call.

Eligibility:

The 10% commission is available exclusively to real estate agents who refer clients who sign a contract for architectural or interior design services with Agus Architecture & Interiors.

The referred client must not be an existing client of Agus Architecture & Interiors.

Commission Basis:
-
The commission is calculated as 10% of the total fees invoiced and received for the design phase of the project before VAT.
-
The design phase typically ranges between 3,000 EUR to 10,000 EUR, depending on the scope of work.

Payment Terms:

The commission will be paid once Agus Architecture & Interiors has received full payment from the referred client for the design phase services.

Payments will be made within 30 days of receiving the full payment from the client.

Exclusions:

The commission applies only to the design phase fees and does not include other phases of the project, such as construction management or additional services.

No commission will be paid on projects that do not reach the design phase or if the client cancels the contract before the completion of the design phase.

Referral Process:

Referrals must be documented and acknowledged by Agus Architecture & Interiors before the client initiates contact.

The referring real estate agent must provide the client’s name, contact details, and relevant information for the referral to be valid.

Registration of your client lasts for 6 months.

Validity:

This offer is valid until January 2025 and may be subject to review or modification by Agus Architecture & Interiors.

Agus Architecture & Interiors reserves the right to terminate or modify this offer at any time without prior notice.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of client information and the terms of this commission agreement.
