The architectural design was restructured to meet the needs of the new client. The strategic use of lighting enhances the facade, complemented by wooden elements that add warmth against the predominant white and gray color palette.
Residence G-Vosto
This residence is located in the Las Tacas neighborhood, situated in a residential area of Maipu. It covers an area of 122 m² and has been designed with integrated and modern spaces. The house features an open-concept living and dining area, connected to the kitchen through sliding doors that can be concealed if a fully integrated kitchen is desired. It comprises three bedrooms; the main bedroom is en-suite, one guest bedroom on the upper floor, and the third on the ground floor, which could be used as an office. There is also a gallery for barbecue gatherings.

Loft Hormi-Con
This loft was designed for a construction entirely made of concrete. It covers 95 m² plus galleries. The ground floor features an integrated space for living, dining, and kitchen, connected through a central island. The modern and industrial metal staircase linking both floors adds a unique touch. On the upper floor, two bedrooms are connected by a bridge that spans across the living area on the ground floor. The design can be adapted based on the construction location, taking into account the regulations of the chosen land for its construction.

The design incorporates the use of bands to unify spaces, with the pool as the central and main focal point. A garage with storage and a barbecue area were added, as the clients often gather with friends for celebrations. Additionally, a sunbathing space with artificial sand was introduced, creating a 'beach' area with hanging hammocks to evoke a vacation feel
